Dave provides his 40 plus years of expertise to your business. As an Enrolled Agent, Dave holds an active permit to practice before the Internal Revenue Service and States' Departments of Revenue in the matters of preparation and representation for income, sales, and payroll tax examinations. Dave is a member of both The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Nebraska Society of Certified Public Accountants. With his experience and leadership, Dave manages our team of bookkeepers and accountants who will handle your business with a level of professionalism and care as if it were their own.

Before joining our team, Megan gained extensive experience in business operations, strategic marketing initiatives, and account development. Today, she uses this experience to deliver exceptional solutions to our clients along with building strong relationships. Additionally, Megan has created a wide-ranging network through a variety of roles in the following organizations: Healthcare Financial Management Association, Medical Group Management Association, and American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management.

Megan is a graduate from the University of Nebraska College of Law and is licensed to practice law in Nebraska and Michigan. She uses her extensive experience in the industry to provide legal and compliance oversight to RCS. Megan is a member of Nebraska State Bar Association, State Bar of Michigan, and ACA International.
